About this module

Play Integrity Fix is a Zygisk attestation module intended to improve basic and device integrity results on rooted Android; the available v19.1 package is a community reupload of chiteroman's discontinued project.

Legacy Attestation Module

The original author's repository is unavailable; this page describes the inspectable v19.1 reupload.

Integrity inputs

Applies configured device fingerprint and property values during relevant attestation processes.

Companion modules

The reupload documents TrickyStore and its target-list add-on for its full setup.

Discontinued origin

Maintenance by the original developer cannot be assumed for future Google rule changes.

Current source and requirements

The linked repository identifies itself as a reupload, not an official continuation. Its module.prop reports v19.1, and its installer requires Android 8.0 or newer, a working Zygisk implementation, and installation from a Magisk, KernelSU, or APatch manager. The README additionally calls for TrickyStore and a TrickyStore target-list add-on for the documented full-integrity setup.

Installation

  1. Prepare one supported root manager and enable its Zygisk implementation, or install Zygisk Next or ReZygisk as appropriate.
  2. Install and configure TrickyStore and its target-list add-on as required by the reupload's README.
  3. Install the v19.1 ZIP from the root manager; recovery installation is rejected by its installer.
  4. Reboot and inspect the current verdict in Play Store developer settings or a suitable checker.

Configuration and limits

The installer backs up an existing /data/adb/pif.json to pif.json.old and warns that another automatic fingerprint tool may overwrite the selected value. A custom ROM or kernel can introduce other attestation signals. A passing verdict can be revoked or change through Google server rules and does not hide root from applications.

SafetyNet references in older documentation are historical: SafetyNet Attestation has been deprecated. The relevant current result is the Play Integrity verdict, and no specific level is guaranteed.
