How does it work?

• Your hosts file, located in /system/etc, acts like your school blocking service that prevents access to certain websites. However, this (hosts file) operates locally on your phone’s root system.
  • How does it block websites?
    The hosts file blocks websites and malware by denying your phone access to connect to them entirely. It simply returns a blank page, e.g.,
    0.0.0.0 www.the-website-that-is-blocked.com
  • Modifications made to the hosts file:
    The hosts file was sourced from a reliable provider. Four separate files were merged into one comprehensive file to block spyware, malware, and ads. This combined file now blocks over 800,000+ harmful and annoying websites.

Malwack will only be distrubed on Github by me, Person0z. Github is the only offical source where Malwack will be disturbed. Any other website or person(s) is not offical and we are not responsible for any damages caused by you downloading from an unoffical source. You have been warned!

Get started

1. Download & Install: Open Magisk Manager, go to Modules section, click on the ‘+’ icon, then select the Malwack Module zip file to install.
2. Reboot: Reboot your device to activate the Malwack’s protective features.
3. Enjoy, Your device is fully protected now :)

How to use Malwack

1. Termux or any sort of terminal emulator is required to use, you can also use ADB if you know how to.
2. Command usage malwack --option (update soon to use it directly in magisk instead and or a config file) "Usage: malwack [--restore[-original | -default] | --blockporn | --whitelist <domain> | --help]" "--restore-default: Restore the hosts file to the modules default state & updates it." "--restore-original: Restore the hosts file to its original state. (No blocking)" "--blockporn: Block pornographic websites by adding entries to the hosts file." "--whitelist <domain>: Remove the specified domain from the hosts file." "--help: Display this help message."
